If you are committed to implement the ACTION PROGRAMS we created during the one-day In-House Training, and you are willing to provide your last 12 months’ Financial Reports (P/L, cash flow statement, balance sheet) in the format we discussed earlier, and you understand what the No Result No Fee Contingency Program is and how it works, then my commitment is to approve it.

Furthermore, this program is flexible, suitable for companies that are profitable or losing money, growing or stagnant or even declining.

I’ll return a signed Baseline Confirmation within 48 hours

This protects us both -no guesswork, no disputes.

Question:

What if the client does not want to implement the Action Program that has been mutually agreed upon?

Answer:

The “24-Hour Rule”: If a client doesn’t implement agreed actions within 24 hours -including not providing daily progress reports to Johanes Lim- I pause the clock. This is my reputation shield -success requires joint velocity.

If the Client insists on not wanting to do it, then after 3×24 hours, the Agreement is declared complete, and the Client must pay for the physical presence of the Coach that has been carried out, no later than 7 days after the Agreement ends.

Question:

What if the company Just Had Extraordinary Event, such as: Last year’s profit includes one-time gain from selling property, or one-time loss from lawsuit.

Answer:

Calculate “Normalized Operating Profit” excluding extraordinary items

Both parties agree on adjustments in writing before program starts

Material Change Clause: Any change affecting >20% of revenue or cost structure requires recalculation of baseline/target
